Key Principles of This Agreement

The following six principles summarise the most important obligations and protections established by these Terms & Conditions. They do not replace the full text of any section — please read each section in full.

1. Introduction

bdt2 is an online betting and casino platform operated exclusively for adult players aged 21 years and above. The platform provides access to sports betting (including cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), live casino games, slot machine titles, and crash game formats. All services are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the bdt2 platform regardless of the device or method of access used. They apply in addition to any product-specific rules published on the platform (including specific sports betting rules, casino game rules, and promotional terms). In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the subject matter to which they relate, and these Terms & Conditions shall govern all other matters.

bdt2 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on bdt2 or to use any of its services. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. bdt2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to bdt2's satisfaction.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the bdt2 platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. bdt2 makes no representation that its services are legal, appropriate, or available in any particular jurisdiction. Access to the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is made at your own risk and legal responsibility entirely.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player may register and maintain only one bdt2 Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, using different email addresses, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. bdt2 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein without prior notice or recourse.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Your bdt2 Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access, operate, or place bets using your Account. You may not operate your Account on behalf of a third party or as an agent for any other individual or entity.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account with bdt2, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your Account information if any of the details you have provided change.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your bdt2 Account and for keeping your login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bdt2 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number to add a further layer of security to your Account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdt2 may request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform — including but not limited to at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any account activity that bdt2 deems requires verification. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification recognised in Bangladesh. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bdt2 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure.

4.4 Account Security

You must notify bdt2 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. bdt2 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. bdt2 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable platform policy. Players will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied. Reactivation of a dormant account is available by contacting bdt2 support.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

bdt2 accepts deposits via the following methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposit methods available to your Account may vary depending on your location within Bangladesh and your account verification status.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. bdt2 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods. The current minimum deposit for each payment method is displayed on the deposit page within your Account.

5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC verification to bdt2's satisfaction. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used to fund the Account (i.e., funds deposited via bKash must be withdrawn to the same bKash account). bdt2 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

bdt2 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval during BST business hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed more rapidly than bank transfer withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Only the cash component of your Balance — i.e., real-money deposits and winnings generated from real-money wagers — is available for withdrawal at any time subject to KYC requirements.

5.6 Transaction Fees

bdt2 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. bdt2 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment provider fees.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed by the bdt2 platform and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet is binding and may not be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager.

6.2 Odds and Markets

bdt2 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend any betting market or odds at any time and without prior notice — including after a bet has been placed but before it has been settled — in circumstances where bdt2 determines that the market has been offered in error, or where the integrity of the event cannot be assured.

6.3 Void Bets

bdt2 reserves the right to void any bet under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours; the bet was placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error; the bet was placed on a market that bdt2 determines has been compromised by match-fixing or corruption; or the bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means. In the event of a void, the stake is returned to the player's Account Balance.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

bdt2 reserves the right to impose a maximum payout limit per bet, per event, or per day. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets on the platform. bdt2 will not be liable to pay winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit, regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.

6.5 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid change. Odds offered during live events reflect the current state of play and may change significantly within seconds. bdt2 accepts no liability for any bet placed at odds that the player considers were not reflective of the true state of play at the time the bet was confirmed, provided the odds were accurately displayed on the platform at the moment of confirmation.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional offers made available by bdt2 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each offer, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotional terms. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the validity period will expire and be removed from the player's Account without compensation.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. A player may only claim each individual bonus offer once, unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise. bdt2 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion and to withdraw or modify any offer at any time.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

bdt2 monitors Account activity to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts to generate risk-free wagering turnover; systematically placing minimum-odds wagers solely to meet wagering requirements; using Bonus Funds in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. bdt2 reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from those funds where bonus abuse is detected, and to close the relevant Account.

7.5 Currency of Bonuses

All bonuses credited to bdt2 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Bonus amounts stated in promotional communications are in Taka unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Responsible Gaming

bdt2 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We strongly encourage all players to gamble responsibly and to treat betting and casino gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

8.1 Player Protection Tools

bdt2 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible through the Account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your bdt2 Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your Account.
• Take a Break: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bdt2 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible within the minimum exclusion period of 6 months.

8.2 Seeking Help

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdt2 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering as or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, corruption, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event or casino game.
• Laundering money or using the platform to facilitate any form of financial crime.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with the terms of those offers.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after bets have been settled.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdt2 staff or other players.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdt2 platform — including but not limited to the bdt2 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the property of bdt2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdt2 platform for your own personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the bdt2 platform without the express prior written consent of bdt2.

Game titles available on the bdt2 platform are the intellectual property of their respective providers, including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other studio partners. Use of these games is subject to the terms under which bdt2 has licensed them and does not grant you any rights in the underlying software or content.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

bdt2 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from interruption, errors, or technical faults. bdt2 will use reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability, particularly during high-demand periods such as major cricket events, but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

11.2 Accuracy of Information

bdt2 takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of odds, scores, statistics, and other information displayed on the platform. However, bdt2 does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any such information and accepts no liability for decisions made by players in reliance on information that proves to be inaccurate.

11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt2 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the bdt2 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

11.4 Maximum Liability Cap

bdt2's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bdt2 Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by bdt2

bdt2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if: you breach any provision of this Agreement; bdt2 reasonably suspects fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity on your Account; you fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or bdt2 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

12.2 Termination by You

You may close your bdt2 Account at any time by contacting bdt2 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the bdt2 platform ceases immediately. Any pending bets placed before termination will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules and any resulting winnings credited or debited accordingly. Sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 9, 10, 11, and 13 — shall continue in full force and effect following Account closure.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bdt2's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and bdt2 arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through direct communication with the bdt2 support team at [email protected]. bdt2 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any bona fide player complaint within 14 calendar days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending resolution of the dispute.

14. Amendments

bdt2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to this Agreement, bdt2 will notify registered players by email to the address associated with their Account and by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bdt2 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to close your Account before the amendments take effect.
